About TraceAir
TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. We currently work with top homebuilders and land developers across the US. This is a great chance to work with a fast-growing Series B company poised for continued 30-40% growth YoY.
What we do
Today our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading homebuilders and land developers use Traceair to collaborate. For them Traceair is the guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.
Why TraceAir?
You'll own video that brings TraceAir's story to life across product, education, marketing (website, ads, etc.), and sales. If you like building from scratch, moving fast, leveraging AI as it evolves in your toolkit, and shipping work that stops a prospect mid-scroll, we'd love to meet you.
Position Summary
TraceAir is hiring a Video Content Producer on Marketing’s Creative Team. Most of the time you will create finished video without running a shoot: stock, AI video platforms, animated explainers, demo walk throughs, product launch videos, TraceAir University lessons built from a product manager's screen demos, social and paid ads that outperform static images, sales and webinar packages, and reworking vendor-shot customer footage into new assets. You should also be capable of shooting when we need it (trade shows, events, occasional customer visits). Shooting is not the norm, but being proficient at it goes a long way.
You will report to Product Marketing. You will collaborate with a graphic designer in Bogotá and a distributed team across the US and other continents. You take an idea, drive creative direction for that video, and ship.
Travel is expected to range from 10% to 20% annually when event or customer work requires it.
Key Responsibilities
Create finished video from scratch from creative briefs, with light direction
Use AI video tools as a normal part of the toolkit, not an afterthought
Build animated explainers and motion graphics that stay on brand
Produce product launch videos, testimonials, social cuts, paid ads, and sales enablement packages
Turn product-manager screen recordings into TraceAir University education videos
Help oversee video content created by other content marketers on the team, providing occasional guidance, feedback, and creative direction to ensure videos are consistent, polished, and aligned with TraceAir’s brand, messaging, and visual standards.
Repurpose long-form and vendor-shot source into multiple shorter, channel-ready cuts
Be able to shoot when needed (camera, lighting, audio, simple interviews). Most weeks you will not be shooting.
Develop video content for content marketing team
Partner with designer on look, templates, and reusable systems
Keep files, versions, and a clear production queue
Move fast and stay resourceful
Some of our perks/benefits
Flexible PTO
Medical insurance
Vision and Dental Insurance fully paid by the Company
401K
This position will remain open until the position is filled.
At TraceAir, we're an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy or maternity or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
Job requirements
Required
2–3 years creating marketing video end-to-end (agency, in-house, or strong freelance)
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve required
Hands-on experience with current AI video / AI-assisted production tools (examples of the class we mean: Runway, Descript, HeyGen or Synthesia-style tools, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Adobe Firefly). Tool names change. What matters is that you already use AI to speed and raise quality.
Motion graphics and animated explainer chops (After Effects or equivalent)
Ability to shoot when needed: camera, lighting, and audio for interviews or event coverage. This is a capability, not the core weekly work.
Strong pacing for B2B content, including speaker-plus-motion-graphics storytelling
Self-directed, async-friendly, clear written English across time zones
Portfolio or reel that shows from-scratch creation, not only cutting other people's footage
Preferred
Based in Miami / South Florida for collaboration with your manager and easy access to Florida events
Your own quality camera and audio kit is a bonus (not required)
Construction, real estate, or technical B2B content experience
Captioning / subtitling workflows for social
