Every day across the world, leading industrial, residential, and commercial developers' teams use Traceair to collaborate. For them TraceAir is guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.
Role Overview
As the SDR Manager, you will lead a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives responsible for outbound prospecting, demo generation, and fueling pipeline growth across all geographies and verticals. This role requires a highly motivated player-coach, passionate about developing talent and delivering results. You will own team performance against demo goals (90+ completed demos/month) and pipeline metrics, while cultivating a winning culture centered on coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Coach and Mentor SDRs through live call reviews, Gong analysis, role plays, and 1:1 sessions—developing skillsets in objection handling, prospecting strategy, and value-based messaging.
Lead with Data: Track, inspect, and report on activity and pipeline metrics (calls, RGAs, demos, opps, conversion rates) to ensure team stays on pace for monthly goals.
Own Results: Ensure the SDR team contributes nearly half of total revenue pipeline through demo and opportunity creation.
Hire and Ramp: Recruit top SDR talent and establish a world-class onboarding and continuous training program.
Align with Revenue Org: Work closely with AEs, AMs, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs, territory alignment, and account-based strategies.
Build Culture: Foster a team environment of ownership, motivation, learning, and results—instilling TraceAir's values in daily execution.

Compensation:
$110,000 - $125,000 per year based on experience and location plus commission. OTE: 170-200k

Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of SDR experience, with 1–2+ years in a team lead or manager role.
Proven track record as a top-performing SDR and as a coach who elevates others.
Deep understanding of the entire revenue funnel—from top-of-funnel outreach to closed-won deals.
Obsessed with coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Experience managing performance through KPIs, pipeline metrics, and CRM data.
Highly collaborative and action-oriented—able to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, CS, and RevOps.
Proficient with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Hubspot
Performance Expectations
Manage and develop a team of SDRs to consistently hit 90+ demos/month
Maintain team conversion rate of 30–35% from demo to SAL
Partner with Marketing on MQL campaigns, ABM, and events to fill top of funnel
Collaborate with AEs to achieve revenue contribution goals from SDR-sourced pipeline.
While this is a management position, the SDM will need to do what it takes to ensure that the team hits quota, even if that means making calls yourself.
SDM will be required to complete special projects assigned by CRO on Ad Hoc basis.
