TraceAir is the leading site intelligence platform built specifically for residential homebuilders and land developers, providing turnkey drone-powered scans and 3D site models that give teams complete visibility from land acquisition through vertical construction. Our cloud-based software transforms drone and LiDAR data into accurate, geo-referenced views and actionable analytics, enabling construction, land development, and executive teams to monitor progress, verify earthwork and utilities, and make faster, data-driven decisions from any device. Trusted by 19 of the top 20 U.S. homebuilders and hundreds of developers and contractors across the U.S. and Canada, TraceAir helps customers stay on schedule, reduce capital loss, and improve collaboration by turning job sites into a shared, single source of truth. Founded in 2015 and recognized by the National Association of Home Builders with the 2024 Best Software Solution award, TraceAir is rapidly scaling as homebuilders adopt site intelligence to drive efficiency, accountability, and project outcomes.
