Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Renewals Manager to join our Account Management team. This role is dedicated to driving customer retention by managing the end-to-end renewal process for TraceAir’s existing customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision-makers, proactively managing contract lifecycles, and ensuring a seamless and timely renewal experience. This is a critical role in supporting TraceAir’s revenue stability and growth, ensuring our customers continue to see value in our partnership year after year.
What you will do
Own the renewal process for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate contract execution.
Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to align on customer health and renewal strategy.
Ensure continuity of project renewal by capturing the next phase during renewal discussions, aligning contract timing with project milestones to prevent service gaps.
Develop renewal forecasts, accurately predict close dates, and maintain pipeline visibility in Salesforce
Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks through early engagement and stakeholder alignment.
Negotiate renewal terms within established sales qualification methodology (MEDDPICC).
Educate customers on contract terms, pricing models, and TraceAir’s value proposition to support retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations to streamline the renewal cycle.
Track and report on key metrics, including renewal rates, churn, and net retention.
Compensation: 70-78k per year + commission

Job requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals within SaaS or technology.
Proven track record of managing renewals and achieving retention targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Proficiency with Salesforce and contract management tools.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
