Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, New Product Operations to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for operationalizing and scaling new products or major features, ensuring seamless transitions from Strategy & Innovation (S&I) through Product Development to commercial deployment.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Geomatics and experience with data acquisition practices using drone systems, general robotics, and advanced AI/ML imagery analytics. You will bring strong cross-functional leadership, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. What you will do
Project Planning and Execution:
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather stakeholder requirements and develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
Develop, document, and implement operational methods for introducing new products, establishing deployment standards across functions.
Coordinate with S&I, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and report on project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedules and budgets.
Drive the introduction of new products through development of internal and external enablement materials, testing procedures, process documentation, and hands-on training during early adoption phases.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.
Coordinate feedback and updates between Operations, Product, and Engineering to inform rapid iteration and continuous improvement
Resource Allocation and Management:
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.
Identify resource constraints and work with stakeholders to allocate resources appropriately.
Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for the procurement of resources and supplies to successfully bring new products to market.

Job requirements
Who you are
Minimum five (5) years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven project management experience (3+ years) with a focus on new product introductions or product development.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across functions.
Experience with geomatics and the land development lifecycle for residential real estate is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing programs with diverse scope critical to company objectives.
Flexible working hours to accommodate North/South American and Eastern European time zones.
Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
Effective working remotely and coordinating with a fully distributed workforce.
Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physically fit with good stamina for field testing in land development and construction environments.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for short- to medium-term field engagements.
