Today our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading industrial, residential, and commercial developers' teams use Traceair to collaborate. For them TraceAir is guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.

Job Description

TraceAir is looking for a creative individual to join the strategy and innovation team in its quest to discover, validate, and build new growth strategies for the company. We are a small team with a lot of influence on the company’s path on its mission to change a traditional industry. We are a lot of fun! 😊

TraceAir is a mature start-up with a small, but dynamic team. We are looking for "A players" who are ready to come in and make an impact at this critical time in our company's history. We are very much a work hard, play hard crew. We are looking for someone that has built a business (or tried to) in the Technology space and as part of that did at least some sales.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be given valuable leadership opportunities on meaningful projects, such as:

●        Discovering, validating, developing and scaling new products to existing customers (top US homebuilders)

●        Re-packaging, validating, and scaling existing products to adjacent market segments (commercial, industrial, institutional, etc.)

●        Reacting to regulatory challenges in a strategic way

●        Starting up a new function to supply the company’s leadership with quantitative and qualitative data and tools to make better decisions

Compensation:

●        $110k-150k per year

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Undergraduate degree

○ Graduate degree preferred

○ STEM preferred

Strong operations skills

Has built a tech product

Some sales experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience in land development and/or construction industries
