What We Do

We power the future of construction intelligence.

We are the #1 provider of construction site intelligence and management solutions for land developers and homebuilders in the US. Top 19 out of 20 national homebuilders work with TraceAir. Our platform delivers industry-leading site analytics, drone and geospatial data insights, and workflow automation to help teams eliminate manual work, reduce risk, and make better decisions faster - from project execution to enterprise-wide planning. As construction complexity grows, so does the need for intelligent, data-driven decision support. We are evolving from feature-driven site tools into an AI-powered enterprise intelligence platform that turns spatial data into strategic decision-making capability. Join us to build technology that delivers measurable operational impact.

Role Overview

We are hiring a technically fluent Product Manager who owns the evolution of our platform into a data-native, AI-driven site intelligence system.

You will operate at the intersection of:

  • Geospatial technology

  • CAD & construction document systems

  • Data analytics

  • AI

  • Enterprise-grade product execution

This is a hands-on builder role. You are expected to prototype, experiment, and execute - not only define requirements. You will own product decisions end-to-end - from customer insight and rapid prototyping to delivery and impact measurement.

What You Own

1. Enterprise Intelligence

You will transform project-level features into portfolio-level intelligence:

  • Design cross-project data aggregation models

  • Define enterprise reporting architecture

  • Build portfolio dashboards for executives

  • Enable multi-site analytics across regions and programs

  • Convert raw spatial data into actionable business insights

You ensure data scales from project → portfolio → enterprise.

2. Advanced Site Intelligence (Geospatial, CAD & Construction Data)

You will work directly with spatial data systems and CAD including:

  • DEMs and orthophotos

  • Map layers and overlays

  • Coordinate systems and georeferencing

  • Terrain modeling

  • Object detection in aerial imagery

  • Spatial analysis pipelines

  • CAD files

  • Construction documentation

  • Plans, specs, RFIs, progress records

You define how geospatial intelligence becomes automated and actionable.

3. AI Integration & Automation

You build and validate AI capabilities through hands-on experimentation. AI must drive measurable efficiency or insight improvement.

You will:

  • Identify automation opportunities using AI

  • Apply LLMs to structured and unstructured construction data

  • Prototype AI-powered insights and reporting

  • Automate document understanding and metadata extraction

Technical expectations:

  • Hands-on prototyping with AI tools and APIs

  • Experimentation with LLMs (OpenAI-style APIs or similar)

  • Understanding of prompt engineering and system prompts

  • Knowledge of model limitations and validation

  • Ability to evaluate AI output quality

AI should improve efficiency, insight generation, and automation.

4. Product Execution

You own execution from strategy to delivery:

  • Translate strategy into technical specifications

  • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria

  • Define measurable success metrics

  • Prioritize backlog based on impact

  • Work directly with engineering during implementation

You ensure features ship with clarity, quality, and alignment to business outcomes.

5. Ecosystem, Integrations & Analytics

You expand product value through:

  • API integrations with construction systems

  • Connections to GIS / CAD / project management tools

  • Enterprise reporting enhancements

  • Data instrumentation and analytics frameworks

You:

  • Define integration requirements

  • Evaluate partnership opportunities

  • Build enterprise-level dashboards

  • Measure adoption and product impact

You ensure the platform scales through ecosystem leverage and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B product management

  • Experience in construction technology, geospatial products, mapping systems, or similar domains

  • Strong understanding of spatial data systems

  • Practical experience working with AI tools or building AI-enabled features

  • Hands-on prototyping mindset

  • Experience defining product requirements with engineering teams

  • Strong analytical and system-thinking ability

  • Ability to operate independently

  • Experience with computer vision or spatial AI

  • Experience designing enterprise reporting systems

  • Experience with APIs and system integrations

  • Background in portfolio-level analytics

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Define and ship enterprise-level reporting capabilities

  • Prototype and launch 2-3 AI-driven features

  • Improve automation within site intelligence workflows

  • Product adoption increases at portfolio level

  • Key integrations are identified and execute
