Every day across the world, leading industrial, residential, and commercial developers' teams use Traceair to collaborate. For them, TraceAir is the guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the evaluation, planning, and effective implementation of improvements in processes, practices, and organizational effectiveness. In doing so, you relentlessly seek to expand TraceAir’s value proposition by supporting the development of a culture of continual improvement. In this role, you will manage multiple, simultaneous projects in collaboration with vertical and cross-functional colleagues; this requires leadership and focuses on the people side of adopting changes required to realize efficiencies in the operation. The incumbent shall be a recognized subject matter expert in process improvement and strategy deployment who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field with limited oversight from managers. Manages large projects, processes, and/or corrective actions to problems faced that are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, resources, and functions with a high degree of autonomy. Influences others regarding strategy, policies, practices, and procedures to gain buy-in and support as required for effective change management.
What you will do
Identify, plan, and implement key process improvement projects to streamline operations through improved quality, reduced costs, increased productivity, and improved cycle time by reducing waste, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
Consult with leaders and teams across operations to identify, diagnose, and problem solve organizational development and effectiveness problems and solutions.
Implements work group intervention strategies and create processes for optimizing results
Provide management with regular status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on
key responsibilities and objectives
Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified.
Demonstrate thought leadership through participation or leadership of stakeholder/advisory groups and presentations.

Job requirements
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work-related experience
Knowledge and experience using process improvement methodologies to lead and facilitate projects to successful implementation; Lean, Six Sigma, or other continual improvement project management techniques highly preferred
Broad strategic thinker, with a clear vision and direction of world class change management
Successful working independently and as part of a team with ability to work remotely and direct, or coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate work schedules across a global company operating in multiple time zones
Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
Demonstrated ability to help leaders determine links between organizational culture, strategic initiatives, and talent
Solid computer skills (i.e.: Office suite, Google suite, Slack, Zoom, Asana, etc.) and experience with statistical analysis tools (i.e: MiniTab, Power BI, etc.)
Commitment to lifelong learning through continual improvement, researching/studying disciplines relevant to this position
Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
Able to travel for short-term engagements
Able to sit, stand for long periods of time
