About the Role

We seek an Onboarding/Mobility Specialist to carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding/offboarding, EOR management, mobility relocations, and lawfully keeping documents in order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage documentation for contractors and new hires; oversee the enrollment and removal of employees from company benefit programs.

  • Administration: Maintain office documentation, support general administrative tasks, and oversee special internal projects as needed.

  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain employee guides and instructional manuals by synthesizing legal data from various jurisdictions.

  • EOR Management: Coordinate with Employer of Record (EOR) partners to facilitate smooth transitions for international hires, managing onboarding and offboarding across different legal entities.

  • Mobility: Lead the end-to-end relocation process for employees, including visa coordination and legalization in partnership with external providers.

What We Expect from You

  • English Proficiency (B2+): Strong written and verbal skills for communicating with international partners and reading legal documents.

  • High Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing contracts, confidential employee data, and internal office records.

  • Analytical & Writing Skills: The ability to take complex information from lawyers in different countries and turn it into clear, simple guides for employees.

  • Functional Knowledge: A solid understanding of how Employer of Record (EOR) services work and a general grasp of visa/legalization processes.

  • Strong Organization: Ability to manage multiple administrative workflows—like relocations and onboarding—at the same time without missing deadlines.

  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience using task-tracking tools 

  • Supportive Mindset: A patient and helpful approach when assisting employees through the relocation and onboarding process.
