About the Role

We seek an Onboarding Specialist to carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits, and lawfully keeping documents in order

In addition, this role involves handling administrative and general support tasks that require a high level of responsibility and confidentiality. You will work closely with accountants and lawyers, ensuring their work aligns with the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage documentation for contractors & new hires.

  • Manage the company’s benefits policy, including coordination with external providers and contractors.

  • Document Exchange: Handle exchange of documents with employees and external partners, including coordination with courier services (e.g., CDEK, FedEx) and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Legalization Support: Assist employees with legalization processes in Armenia, using existing guides — scheduling appointments with institutions, providing consultations, and guiding them through the steps.

  • Create guides and instructions for employees gathering the data from lawyers of different jurisdictions.

Oversee other administrative project.s

Job requirements

What We Expect from You

  • English B2+

  • Knowledge of Armenian is a plus

  • Knowledge of Russian is a must

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential employee data and internal company documents

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with task tracking tools.

  • 1 year+ of experience in the relevant field
