GIS Photogrammetrist

 TraceAir is the leading tech‐enabled surveying and construction‐site analysis platform for North America’s top homebuilders and land developers. We combine software, drone‐based data acquisition, and analytics to streamline earthworks, minimize errors, and boost efficiency across every project. We’re growing our GIS team and looking for a GIS Photogrammetrist to turn raw aerial imagery and LiDAR captures into high-quality, georeferenced 3D models and cartographic data that power our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Photogrammetry: Process aerial photography in Agisoft Metashape (Photoscan), assess and improve model accuracy.
  

• LiDAR: Import, classify, and validate point-cloud data in Terrasolid.
  
  

• Photogrammetric/LiDAR Software: Hands-on use of at least one tool (e.g. Metashape, Pix4D, Photomod, Terrasolid).
  

• GIS Software: Comfortable with QGIS, ArcGIS or MapInfo for spatial‐data handling.
  

• Coordinate Systems: Solid understanding of geographic and projected systems, as well as datum transformations.
  

• English: Strong written skills for business correspondence; spoken English is a plus.
  

Nice to Have

• AutoCAD: Basic drafting and plan cleanup.
  

• Programming/Scripting: Python or similar to automate GIS workflows.
