TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. Today our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading homebuilders and land developers use Traceair to collaborate. For them Traceair is guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.

Position Overview
The purpose of the Account Manager Lead is to lead a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth through expanding existing customer accounts. This is a player/coach position that will be responsible for the success of the team while managing your own accounts. The account management team is a new team so this is the opportunity to make a major business impact! Our primary goal is to reach 100% project saturation within all of our existing accounts. The secondary goal is maximize revenue through upselling our products to deliver maximum value to our clients.

This position has a base salary range of $120,000-$130,000 with an overall OTE range of $220-250K annually.

Primary duties include:

  • AM Responsibilities:
    • Working with AEs and cross functional ABM teams to create strategic growth plans within existing customer accounts.

    • Actively work with CSMs to understand account status and CBIs.

    • Takes point working with CSMs and AEs and other relevant stakeholders to resolve customer issues pertaining to contracting, delivery, billing etc.

    • Execute regular meetings with all relevant stakeholders within customer companies to understand account potential, use cases and CBIs. Actively solicit additional business where appropriate.

    • Conduct product demos and customer trainings to promote account growth and upsell.

    • Manage Change Order sales process. Work with AEs as needed.

    • Manage Renewals process. Work with AEs as needed.

    • Work with Customers, CS, Product, Dev and Support teams to improve product as customers’ product needs/wants arise

  • Lead responsibilities
    • Day to day management of 4-5 AMs

    • Work directly with the VP of Sales and the rest of the sales leadership team on creating tactical plans to achieve high growth objectives in 2025

    • Creating and implementing processes for efficiency and effectiveness that will continue to scale as we grow


Job requirements

Requirements:

-4+ Years sales experience - Account Management/Customer Sales preferred

- 2+ years managing people

- Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus

- Proven ability to close sales
-Growth Mentality

-Ability and comfort working in a changing environment and role

-Experience in construction or land development a plus
